For those who are new to this, please do note some important tips from me(i started wearing these lenses for a year already)

1. it is much better to put a flat mirror on your desk, look down on the table when you insert them .

2. When the mirror is flat on the table, you need to add a few drops of special lubricant to make it more comfortable wearing. ortho k lenses are quite hard compared to normal ones.

3. Ortho k lenses are ones you wear overnight. So When you remove them, put some eye drops to rinse your eye, because your eyes might get dry from the overnight application of lenses. If you use the plastic tube to remove with dry eyes, there is high possibility that you might get your corneas damaged.

4. Ortho K lenses are very easy to be broken apart, so keep in mind dont press it too hard.

5. Be ware of the hygiene of your eyes and the lenses.

Hello, I'd like to get more details on how to effectively remove the lens using eyelids. Do you use the finger holding up the upper lid to gently apply a downward pressure to 'squeeze' loose the lens? Thanks so much!!

When I try to remove these contacts, the contact on my right eye comes out so easily. But my left eye used some work. Like I put some solution in my eyes and turn my eyes around to loosen them but when I try to take it out it’s still painful. What should I do?

For the Natural Ophthalmics Ortho-K, there are thin and thick. The thin is for daytime, and the thick is for night, right ? For insert, use the thin, For remove, use the thick? Please give us some idea. Meanwhile I would like to know where to buy this comfort drops. Thank you and wait for your reply.

Am I supposed to use the bio true to rinse my contacts and then use and rewetting drops to insert it into my eyes. I’ve never heard of that. I use the bio true to rinse the lenses and add a few drops and insert in my eye.

What if after if I put the lenses in the cleaning thing and wait 6 hours, there is only half a bottle left? The half is not covered in the solution. Is it still safe to use?

Hi, is it normal for it to be itchy at first when you put the lens in your eyes?

What to do when my hydrogen peroxide solution is making too much bubbles and foam that literally goes out of the small case bottle?

Is much better to air dry your hands than using paper. It only takes a couple of minutes and you're assure that no lint will go into your eyes 👀👀

Hello! Thanks for all the great comments! If your lenses accidentally contact water, then you should rinse it with sterile solution before inserting it into your eye. We recommend using the same solution that you use for soft contact lenses (ie. Biotrue, optifree, renu, etc) for rinsing.

Sorry I have quite a lot of questions here😂 I've had these questions all the time
What is the multi-Action Solution used for? Is it something that can be used to replace the eye drop that you used in the video?
I have let my lenses sit in the container for more than 6 hours and there is still bubble, is it safe to put in my eyes?
My multi-purpose solution is expired but I haven't use the solution at all, is it harmful to my eyes?

Thank you so much!!

My Ortho k lenses suddenly started to sit high on both of my eyes and i recent experienced a little more glare than normal. This change was sudden in a short period of time. Is this something caused by putting it in my eye wrong?
