Factors :
Cash flow of the Project : When ever the company is investing the huge amount into some investment proposal it expects some regular amount of cashflow for the day to day requirement.
Rate of Return : Investment decision depend upon the rate of return on the investment Proposal. Those proposal are selected which gave the high rate of return and others get rejected.
Risk involved : When ever the company invest some amount on any proposal there is some amount of risk also involved in it. So, generally those investment proposal are selected which have a low rate of return.
Investment Criteria : Along with risk, rate of return and cashflow there are some other criteria which help in selection of proposal E.g Availability of Raw material .Availability of Technology in the region.
