Meltzer saying no The Rock at WrestleMania next year... if we look at his track record: from 2018 to 2022 he said The Rock would be at the next year's WrestleMania - and he wasn't.
Then in August 2023 Meltzer said that The Rock will NOT be at WrestleMania in 2024 and he reiterated that in September 2023... and The Rock was at WrestleMania this year.

I think people see how subtle Triple H can be with booking and try to use that same logic with The Rock counting to 3 but I really think Rock is too simple to give that bigger meaning, I think he really is just counting to 3 like it's a pin to imply he's gonna beat Cody (when he feels like it)
