Honestly it just looks like a shadow of a bush of tree
I'm a hunter and ranch hand. I see stuff that looks exactly like that all the time when walking at night. It happens because of how the light reflects off of a shrub or tree, and casts a shadow on the path ahead. The 'glowing' month and eyes, are just where the light is casting through, forming little spots where the light could reach the shadow.
It happens more when there are several shrubs and trees on either side of a path.
If you look closely the 'mouth' is moving in and out, from glowing to not glowing. This would be caused by the shrubs or trees moving in wind or being moved. This causes the shadow to be distorted, and making the light that gets through, to be briefly covered.

That first clip has been debunked. I've seen this in another channels video. It was recorded in South America, (either Chile, or Peru), and was done by a news media interviewing a lady. One of their news crew digitally installed the alien looking creature in the background as a joke and admitted that he messed it up, because he put it's shadow on the wrong side of it from where the sun was positioned, so we can scratch that clip off the list.
Also, the narrative voice in this video is too quiet with the background effect sounds too loud. It's hard to hear what the narrator is saying, so if the voice volume can either be turned up a bit more, or the background effect volume brought down a bit in these video edits, it will sound much better. 👍
