Thanks for the video. I purchased my dish on Feb. 8; as soon as I got the email it was available to me for beta testing. It arrived on Feb. 19. When I purchased it and ever since, I have never received an email for the order confirmation. I still don't have an account and cannot find any contact information for starlink to set it up. I have used the password recovery with my email address several times hoping something will be sent from starlink, but no luck. Do you have email address or a link to the site to create an account that can be shared?

Can you switch your e-mail? I ordered a unit and canceled it and they would not let me order another without using a different e-mail. I definitely want to switch back to the original e-mail I was gonna use. There was no support to help order it using the original e-mail.

Are you saying you have to have dish network or att to order starlink I live in the country and neither are available out here

I received the email but it takes me to customer login and I don’t have a customer login. Do you have any idea where I can go from here?

This video is all well and good but what do you do when you DO NOT get the initial confirmation email and there is no way I can find a contact number to see why I did not get such email. Also I can not get a reply when I send them emails.

As a quick note: You *CANNOT* create a Starlink account before you buy the equipment. I guess it cuts down on tech support costs for them..

OY VEY. They made this confusing. I had to do this differently. When I clicked on the payment confirmation email it took me to a LOGIN page. But to get to the SET PASSWORD page I had to click on the "LOCKED OUT" link. They don't explain much. Makes me wonder how good their customer service will be

Can more than two admins be logged into the same account and access it at the same time to set it up and stow it etc? Or does it only allow one user at a time?

When i type in my address it doesn’t actually show up correctly its a different postal code. My area does have service but not sure how to contact them so i can give them a correct address to ship it to.

I have starling hardware given to me and am struggling to setup an account. I enter in the P/N but a red box pops up around it (incorrect). I got this number from underneath the router.

I cannot find any link for ordering accessories I need (150 foot cable, ground pole, Ethernet adapter). Do I have to order the basic equipment first, then create an account before I can see these options and place an order for them? If so, this is really dumb.

Like Gary's comment, I have received by beta equipment (router, wires, dish) and this was billed to my credit card. But, I have never received the "order confirmation email" and I cannot set up my Starlink account. What do I do next?
