If you’ve already overcome how daunting it may seem to shove a tampon up there, you might as well switch to a more sustainable option for your period. Right?!

A friend gifted me one nearly three years ago, and I couldn’t wrap my head around the idea of it. Fast forward to today; I cannot imagine life without it. What’s your experience with menstrual cups? Would you try one if you don’t already use it?

I’m 48 and I’ve never use a tampon, I don’t intend to start now. I’m not interfering with God’s creation. The blood suppose to flow out of the vagina, and that’s exactly how I’m gonna remain. Those who like to experiment can go ahead, for me I’m good. Thank you very much!

It's a no for me . Its already uncomfortable to have a normal period. Would love to save the environment another way . I am almost 40 and have never used a tampon as well. Old school

The best investment ever! It is a bit daunting in the beginning, but I've never regretted making the switch. I love my lily cup. ❤

I wish they were available much earlier. Brilliant innovation! I love that I can leave one in for 5/6 hours and only be reminded by the cramps that I'm having my period. And yes, less sanitary waste for the planet.

I’m never returning to tampons. I’ve been using cups for about 5 yrs now. I have heavy periods too. I only wear one pad on those days (1 or so) that heavy and I change My cup more frequently. I do need a liner just in case for other days. Once you get used to it, it not that bad.

I love tampons. Hate pads and don’t like the cups. Way way to messy and too much work. I’ll stick to my comfortable tampon. 🤷🏾‍♀️

WTF menstrual cup ??? l have never heard about it and no way do l intent to try using those cups.
