Motor? What hull did you start with? Lifting strakes?

Did you get 50 from it? If so what prop? I had the same engine on a 1436 trying to go fast and was prop limited at 40 with a 10x15 stainless.

Ok watched part 2, so when you were putting on the sides instead of hot glueing the sides to the transom why not just mix up some putty and bond them ?, next if you want it to go a little faster get rid of the panga looking front now it’s snow plowing the air, level the sides, if you plan on useing the boat in ruffle water keep the panga front on it 🤔👊🏼✌🏼
