Horus | The Son of Truth

When a just king is slaughtered by his cruel brother, it is up to the prince born and raised in secrecy to avenge his father, and set right the wrongs of the world. A classic tale seen in many stories, but arguably began in Egyptian mythology with the story of Horus. In this program, we will discuss the son of Osiris and Isis, and his battles against his wicked uncle, Set!

Ya know, I'd heard of Horus before, but I didn't know much about him, as compared with other Egyptian gods. I learned a lot from this, thanks! And I so love your references to Shakespeare's Hamlet & Lion King! Same recurring motif in all 3 of those, & that theme can be found in many elsewheres! Your storytelling is quite eloquent! Fun fact Disney's The Lion King is based off of Hamlin it was also not expected to make more money than Pocahontas was Pocahontas was expected to make more money but it was not well-received where the b team which was the people working on the lion king became a box office success
