SCP Serpent's Hand Explained (SCP Animation)

The Serpent's Hand is one of the most dangerous Groups of Interest that opposes and fights back against the SCP Foundation, and they are suspected of being responsible for numerous security breaches as SCP sites and locations. They are a small but formidable group, and they seem to be growing in size at a rapid rate.

The group embraces the use SCP creatures and objects and the Serpent's Hand has been extremely vocal in criticizing the containment and destruction of these SCPs by the Foundation.

Honestly I feel like the SH has one of the most reasonable treatment plans for anomalies, especially the ones that are actually safe. I feel like the best approach would be a combination of all of the 4 main ideologies used on a case by case basis

I feel like this is how anomalies should be treated:
1. The GOC should be given obviously dangerous anomalies to be researched and later neutralized
2. The SCP foundation should contain any dangerous SCPs that cannot be neutralized (scp- 682 for example) and/or those that should not become public (SCP-1000) in fear of future consequences that pose a threat to humanity, as well as using certain scps to aid in the research and containment of other scps
3. The Serpent's hand should be given harmless or helpful anomolies and try to integrate them into the outside world for the betterment of mankind (like SCP- 999)
4. These three groups should then join forces to take out malicious groups of interest (the Chaos Insurgency or the Children of the Scarlet King) in order to protect the world
tl;dr: these groups could join forces without necessarily straying from their mission statements and not only become a powerful force against anomalies, but also make futher humanity as a whole in the process.
