I want to see you hit the HH track with a new maxima. Defies CVT expectations yet still let’s you down. Perfect regular car

"It used to be so tight and firm: now, it's all loosey-goosey."
It happens to everyone as we get older, mate.

Or so I'm told... :-P

I really love this type of cars. Every lose their minds over all the Japanese sport icons, I loss mine with the regular Japanese commuters

The driving instructors hand motions have a peculiar ordainment quality about them...
Sooo soooothing and reassuring, seemingly speaking without a sound

Fun Fact, In Middle East from 1988 to 1994, the Nissan Altima that were sold here was a rebadged Nissan Cefiro A31 while the Nissan Altima in the video was sold as the Bluebird SSS.
While most of that generation of Bluebird disappeared, the Cefiro became popular with kids thanks to its Front Engine, rear wheel drive, that you could swap an RB in it and that it's really cheap. Some of them are even used for burnout events.

I had a black 93 Altima se manual in high school. It was a good car.

I like how the owner is so nervous that Mr. Regular is going to wreck his baby.

Mr. Regular is learning to take these lines on the track👍🏼

I had a 2006 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V and it was an amazing car. It felt like it had way more power than 175hp.

My sister had a 2000 Altima SE. I always felt it was a pretty solid car for a utilitarian sedan. The suspension was a good balance of comfort and road feel and the steering was actually quite good. The power wasn't Earth shattering, but it was enough to get you around at legal speeds. In a lot of ways I like it better than the current Altimas, they're too soft now.

I remember the bushings in my SC2. They're garbage when new lol. I replaced them with solid inserts made from an old acetate screwdriver handle. Great Success!

I got invited to do a Lexus driving event at Road America 20ish years ago. We got to go out with a professional driver for a lap of part of the track and then be driven around the same circuit.

The guy had me doing all sorts of stuff that didn't feel right/natural and then when he drove, he did the same lines, etc. that I wanted to do, but got yelled at for trying to do them.

90s Saturn shifter bushings! Lol I know exactly what you mean. Had a friend with an SL2 and it was a hoot watching him painstakingly wrench the shifter through the gears lol

My mom leased a 1994 GXE model back in the day and the car was really fun to drive, even with the automatic. It actually felt like it had more than 150hp.

Remember back in 05 when my parents bought a 95 Altima gxe was in mint condition for only $2, 500 was a good car for the 3 years we’ve had it. Up until my dad rear ended a Jeep which totaled it. I used to love the chime when you’ve put the key in the ignition.
