This brings memories, When I was 18 and just few months away from getting my licence, me and my parents were at a car dealership, and there was this black 350Z. I sat down into the driver's seat, my dad sat right next to me on the passenger side and he looked at the interior for a few seconds in silence, then he sighed and looked at me with a smile on his face and he said "You're gonna be young just once, so we're gonna go with this one, aren't we?"

I owe my entire life for them, having a tuned 350z for my first car made my late teens absolutely legendary, and I will do everything in my power to return the favor some day.

I’ve never understood why people are embarrassed that their parents bought them a car. As a driving instructor, almost all of my students have their parents buy their car or they get a hand me down. If your parents are that nice and well off enough to buy you a car… own that shit. The stigma of being rich/spoiled/stuck up or whatever only comes if you make it true. I mean look at the comments here, all the respect goes to the honest one.
