3 Macro-Friendly Dessert Options👍

Just because you are trying to lose a few lbs or stay lean doesn’t mean you can’t have something sweet/eat some dessert that you enjoy, as there is almost always a low calorie option for some of your favorite sweets. If you are craving the normal version of the ice cream or sweets that you enjoy, there is nothing wrong with having them in moderation, but here are a few alternatives that you can have and stay right on track.

1.) Yasso Greek Yogurt Bars - These are a great option if you are craving some ice cream, and in my opinion your aren’t giving up much in terms of taste - I think these taste incredible👍 there are a ton of great flavors but the sea salt Caramel is my favorite, and at a hundred calories per bar, you can have a couple and still be right on track👍

2.) Mochi - Mochi are absolutely elite, and the strawberry flavored ones are my favorite, if you’ve never tried them you gotta give them a shot. These are 80 calories each, so you can definitely have a couple throughout the day and stay on track, just try not to have the entire box and you’ll be good👍

3.) Chocolate covered bananas - ok this may be a bit of a stretch, as 4 pieces is a hundred calories, so you really need to make sure you don’t crush the whole box 😅but I do really like these and if you can stay disciplined and only have a serving or two, they can be a great sweet treat without going way over on calories 👍
