Always loved calfs raises.. good job for body weight. Gyms have great machines n weight to really explode em.

Deep squat calf raises target that area so well. My go-to underrated exercise... The tibialis anterior muscle, also known as the tibialis anticus, is the largest of four muscles in the anterior compartment of the leg. Its thick muscle belly arises from its proximal attachment at the lateral tibia; the tibialis anterior tendon (TAT) inserts distally on the medial border of the foot. The muscle is primarily responsible for dorsiflexion and inversion of the foot. I sit on my ass, I place my ankles on a foam roller, put resistance on my toes, and then do full range of motion of flexation and stretch!

One legged calf raises on a step is the best you can do without a machine. And remember you wont see calf gains unless you go really hard with as much weight as possible. They are your most used muscle in your body so they take alot of heavy daily training to grow.
Fat people don't have huge calves because of genetics its because they get the free exercise on them everyday.

So your telling me the best way to grow your calves is to do bldyweight exercises for them? You taking the piss? Your calves are used to carrying the weight of your entire body all day long some bodyweight calf raises are doing fuck all to build muscle on your calves
