basalt grey - small lines and imperfections
blue grey - edge highlights
Metal bits dark aluminium, nuln oil, agrax earthshade,

Nice video. Maybe rusty bolters for chaos, gaurdsmen, anyone else that uses bolters except marines. Lore wise the ritual and care that goes into each part of gear etc they use. Just a thought.

I like to match my bolters with the space marines carrying them. Like that outside frame portion I would've made a goldish color.

Hey, what do you use to hold the pieces for painting sub assembly? I use toothpicks and superglue, but yours looks way easier to hold with and paint onto.
