As efficient as this sounds, I don't think I'm gonna do a monster farm where I DON'T hunt any monsters. That just doesn't sound like something I'm gonna enjoy.

This is a nice way to shake up the rotation of Narwa and Red 7-Star Rampages.

Ive just been going through completing all the quests and then doing rampage whenever i have one of the luck food skills up. Using the defender tickets for most of the melds

The problem with these methods is they don't progress anything. Your melds won't complete on return among other things. Which means if each 4 minute run of this gets you a meld, you do 10 of them for 10 melds in 40 minutes, you're then gonna have to do 10 Roly poly lantern quests to get your talismans. Overall you're getting 10 melds in an hour.

You probably get enough materials for 2-3 melds per Narwa hunt, which is a brain-dead enough exercise with LBG. You can kill like 5-6 Narwas per hour, so do the math. You can probably get more mats/minute with Valstrax, but you're reaching the point where getting the most mats is irrelevant because at some point you have to progress your melds by returning to the village anyway.

It's a lot easier to do a rampage. Spent 20 minutes doing one rampage and I have enough defender tickets to make 4-5 melds and it's actually fun.

I literally only farmed narwa because you get a great spirtbird at camp and I like to just hunt the monster

A tip for you on making Monsters rideable, I play hunting horn. I have earplugs (L) as one of my songs. So I play it before approaching a monster. And before they see me or as they are in the process of roaring, I use the silkbind A move which makes them rideable. It's very easy to do with the song.

just above the spawn for teo(zone 14) where the 2 mining outcrops are
there is usually a scale lizard... hit it 3 times with kunays for 3 extra shinnies
Note: not talking about the one that drops the armor spheres next to camp one
the lizard in question is literally in the same zone as teo
you have to do a couple of wirebug jumps to get in this mini cave above teo

There’s also sometimes a scale lizard in the hidden spot near area 14. Hit it three times for three free extra teo parts.

considering loading times 3 to 5 minutes per meld is already almost the same as just doing narwa runs

i will do a little experimen´tation with apex rathalos runs for those 9er tickets i feel that might be the fastest

instead of hitting rajang carefully with magnamalo its probably better to just go hit teo with magna and then go hit rajang with teo
