In this part of the video she mentioned making caesar dressing, wrong because that's a mock Caesar dressing, if you make it this way add fresh garlic and pureed anchovy fillets, but I make it scratch with anchovy fillets, egg yolks, and dijon mustard, add vegetable oil, half way add red wine vinegar, oil, fresh lemon juice then kosher salt and white pepper. That's the way I learned working in a 5 star, 5 diamond hotel, in NYC on MADISON AVENUE the HELMSLEY PALACE across the street from ST. PATRICK'S CATHEDEROL.

True Caesar Salad dressing does not have mayo. It was created as a throw together salad when ingredients were scarce. Also where were the eggs! 😂

Also in this video she might be a food network chef, but have they actually worked in a commercial kitchen and usually not on the hot line, usually Salads and desserts.Never in my career here I ever seen a woman work on the hot line in over 50 years can't take the heat and the pressure only once
