Let's Compare: Ford Super Duty vs Ram HD

Today I compare a 2023 Ford F-350 Super Duty to a 2023 Ram 3500 HD!

I like the Ford more. I find Fords powertrain options more appealing. Yes the Cummins engine is reliable, but so is the Powerstroke except the ford has (in my opinion) a better transmission. As for the gas engine it’s no competition in my books, although I don’t have much experience with the 6.4 hemi, but as a mechanic myself I think the 5.7 hemi is junk so I don’t have high hopes for the 6.4. Although the 7.3 and 6.8 ford gas engines are fairly new they seem to be much stronger engines than Rams offerings. Curious to see what Ram does with the heavy duty gassers when they end production of the hemi this year.

You can't beat the Cummings period. Those engines, if taken care of, can go over a million miles. I drive 2500 Ram; but I have 6.4. I'm not pulling enough for a Cummings.

I thought the 2020 Chevy was bad but damn did ford just screw a good looking truck all too hell.
