At first i thought it might be an electric bike... Once he stoped inputing power he acctually gain distance from the guy ahead of him, and then it seems he accelerated. But im pretty sure this strip is downhill. He gains speed just because he let go of fixed pedals and lowers his air resistance due to the superman position. Tbh... Balls of steel! The speed was mental.
