Honda CBR250R vs Yamaha Fazer 25 - Drag Race | MotorBeam

While the Honda CBR250R has been discontinued in India, the Yamaha Fazer 25 is priced attractively. Both these motorcycles are aimed at long distance riding and not for hard cornering.

The FZ/Fazer 25 is damn good value for money. Low horsepower on paper, but quite a performer on road. I bet it would be an effortless tourer. I'm mighty impressed by Yamaha!

Bloody well done! I'ts very surprising to see that Yamaha's initial trottel response. Being a 20BHP compiting with 26BHP. Very happy with how the results showed up!

Yamaha Fazer 25 / Fz25 has built on a particular concept i.e
> City Drive + Beat d Traffic
> Milage ( i get 39.5 kmpl For a 250cc ) smooth cruise 50 kmph in my opinion no other 250cc bike can offer
> Fantastic delivered Torque compared to Ns / Rs / Duke 200, 250 unable to beat 0-100 .
> Normal Maintenance
> Beefy Look.
> Power Built quality
> Comfortable
> Stable at low + High speed
And lot more.
Given 6th gear, additional power by 5bhp and torque raised by 4Nm It would hav put 400cc to shame.
Der are couple of minor Disagreement but Im Fine With may b not everbody.
My bikes is My Buddy n not baby.
Individual opinion and review is different so as how one treat their Machine.

WTF did i just saw...Fazer25 ahead of CBR250R till 130Kmph...WTF...till 100kmph it was ok...i thought CBR250R will go ahead after 100kmph...!

If there is six speed gear box in fazer. Then cbr will catch fazer after 141.. With 20.9 PS power fazer is faster than cbr(25+ PS) till 131.

The only reason CBR won was because of its top end- for most of the race the Yamaha was keeping Honda honest
