I just started playing bass after 27 years on the guitar. This is my primary method of picking after playing tons of acoustic fingerstyle guitar, and I feel like I can fly on this thing. My technique is a little different than this but it’s the closest thing I’ve seen yet. Thanks for the video.

i really dig how you explain everything. i have a weird kinda hybrid style i pick with that i think comes from being a magician as a kid. i have a weird knack for being able to clutch my pick in my knuckles while i'm using fingers or thumb and just sleight of hand it back into my grip to play. that way i can switch between pick, fingers, slap, and double thumbing without worrying about where to put that ole piece of plastic. great video man.
