How to Pick and Eat a Dragon Fruit

I just bought some today and I cut one in half and looked just like in the video. I only eat half of one at a serving whether breakfast for lunch or w dinner. It's so delicious and rich in antioxidants. When they're on sale I grab them at the markets but sometimes I've paid up to $4 for a tiny yellow one.

Ours are purple on the inside and this is our first harvest. I used to live on these things along with papaya, banana and coconuts when I lived in Thailand. We have all the same things here around the pool near the Tex/Mex border and the Gulf. Great vid, I like that you choose to enjoy good things and share them. Thanks for that

The way u ate that dragon fruit made me want one & Reminded me of someone. She’d Eat an orange smiling dancing on each bite making the same comments & noises as u 😃.saying how good it is. I couldn’t help but go get one. Now I’d like to have a dragon fruit!! Such a pretty fruit. God is so amazing!

Thanks for introducing me to the magnificent dragon fruit! I was as excited to eat mine as you are here. Not sure if it had anything to do with the visual input (mine was deep red inside) but I thought it taste like a very juicy beet, earthy and sweet. I love eating dragon fruit, cucumber, mango, watermelon, coconut and melons with a little bit of lemon and mexican chile.... omg so good!!!!
