Okay so basically there are two guys henry emily and william afton they start a family pizza restaurant together called fredbear's family diner, one day william locks henry's daughter charlie out of the restaurant and murders her outside, as seen in the fnaf 2 save him minigame and the security puppet minigame. charlie's soul goes on to possess the puppet animatronic. then in 1983 william's youngest son dies in hospital after being bitten by the fredbear animatronic as seen in fnaf 4, which causes fredbear's to close and the springlock suits to be decommissioned. the bite victim's soul goes on to possess the fredbear suit due to the suffering he sustained from the suit (this is explained in more detail in the fazbear frights epilogues). freddy fazbear's pizza is then opened. in 1985 william afton kills 5 more kids in a freddy's, and their souls go on to possess chica, bonnie, freddy, foxy, and golden freddy/fredbear (which now has 2 souls possessing it, directly paralleling the stitchwraith from the book series). that restaurant closes down but freddy's gets rebranded and has a grand reopening in 1987 as we see in fnaf 2. meanwhile, william opens circus baby's pizza world, featuring kid killing animatronics, however his daughter elizabeth gets killed by one of the animatronics (baby) and goes on to possess her. william sends his oldest son, michael, to go free her from the facility, as seen in sister location. back to freddy's - the fnaf 2 location stays open until the bite of 87, in which it's implied nightguard jeremy fitzgerald gets his frontal lobe bitten off by one of the animatronics. then fnaf 1 happens in a location that exists in 1993, not much lore there. after the 1993 location gets closed, william gets springlocked in the spring bonnie suit inside the abandoned building, becoming springtrap. Back to Baby in SL. Michael, after a week of working there gets lured to the scooping room by Baby in order to get his insides become outsides so that all the Funtime animatronics (now fused into Ennard) can use his body as a fleshsuit to escape the facility. Over time the suit starts to get rotten and more and more decayed. Michael body now turns purple and draws more attention (Note: there are now two purple guys, Miachel Afton, who is litterally purple due to decay in his fleshsuit, and William Afton, who isn't litterally pruple but the purple colour signifies him hiding in the shadow.) and the Funtime animatronics now as Ennard have to abandon ship in search of a new body. Somewhere down the line Baby tries to gain full control of the Ennard body and gets kicked out of Ennard, now becoming Scrap Baby and Ennard becoming Molten Freddy, both seen in Pizzeria Simulator and UCN. Speaking of…this brings us to Pizza Simulator, where our good friend Henry creates a decoy pizzeria intended to lure in all the loose ends which are: William Afton as scraptrap, Molten Freddy as the funtime animatronics, Scrap Baby as William's daughter and Henry's daughter, Charley who posseses the puppet and gets lured in by her father by the animatronic Lefty. Before we get to the ending of pizza sim lets go over some key lore drops hidden in the game. When you buy Candy Cadet he has a chance of telling you 1 of 3 stories a day. All 3 stories follow the same pattern. 5 things becoming 1 thing. (5 keys melted into 1 key, 5 dead kids tied together and 5 dead cats sown together into 1.) This could be reffering to the funtime animatronics together becoming Ennard. On to the 2nd mingame: Secutity Puppet. When playing this minigame for the 3rd time we can see Henry daughter, Elizabeth locked out of the Pizzaria where she gets murdered by Afton, becoming his 1st victim. Next we see the puppet slowly crawling towards her dead body hugging her, and Elizabeth posesses her. When brightening up that same image we can see purple tire tracks from William when he fled the scene. And now for out 3rd minigame: Midnight Motorist. This game in labeled 'later that night' in the game files so we can assume we are playing as Afton in this minigame. When on the 3rd lap, we can see a crack in the road, in we go down it, we end up on a road leading to Jr's a bar/restaurant (presumably the fnaf 1 or 2 location or freddy's family diner) which Will isn't allowed into. The 2nd place we can go to is a house. The afton house. When will sees that his youngest son escapes thru the window to the freddy's restaurant he gets very angry. This most likeley causes William to create the sound illusion discs to scare his child and creating the nightmare animatronics in his mind to make him afraid of the freddy's restaurant. The sound illusion discs are also uses in fnaf 3 to create the phantom animatronics in the players mind. Thats why they also never kill the player in fnaf 3. This brings us to our 3rd and final minigame: Fruity maze. With help from the books and this minigame we know that the child who posseses Chica in fnaf 1 is the girl in Fruity Maze named Susie. This is all this mini-game really tells us. Now the Pizza sim Ending. On the 5th night we hear Scraptrap (Elizabeth), Williams daughter talking but is interupted by henry. Henry reveals the pizzeria was a decoy, to lure in and capture all the loose ends and finnaly putting a stop to Afton (He never really dies i'll get to that later) . Everyone dies in the fire and the souls are finally put to rest. Onto UCN. In UCN we play as William Afton in purgatory, tormented again and again by his own creations. Thru the game we learn many things, such as that Chica was the 1st child to be killed and stuffed and possibly the first animatronic to be given life by the puppet. We also learn about 'the one you should not have killed'. This is presumably talking about the child that posseses golden freddy but as mentioned earlier, golden freddy could have mulitple souls inside of it. This brings us to fnaf vr: help wanted. The point here is that William Afton's soul is possesing the game becoming Glitchtrap (I will get into some theories about how this could've happened later). Through the game he posseses a game tester named Vannessa or Vanny (Vannessa+Bunny) which will most likeley be the main antagonist in fnaf security breach. William uses Vanny to continue to kill kids, even though his body is still in purgatory. We will probably get more information on her when security breach is released. Now onto how Afton's soul go tinto the game's come and possesed Vannessa. In the fazbear frights book series we read about two children stuck in the stickraith's body. One of the kids is said to be killed by Afton. He tells us how he is keeping him alive, to be forever tormented. In that same story we read about 'the patient in room 1280'. It is about a man in a hospital, burned beond recognition but somehow still alive. That is obviously William Afton. When the boy finnally decides to let Afton die, his last request is to be wheeled into an old, abandon Freddy's location. The hospital staff do so not really knowing why but looking at the state of Will here he is probably insane to some measures. When he is wheeled into the Freddy's location his body literally explodes. Now some parts of his soul go to purgatory/UCN, and other parts posses the computer parts, later to be scanned and reused to create the vr title. That is most likeley how he posseses the game but we can't really know for sure. Then a child named gregory gets trapped in a mall he trespassed. I have to keep playing will update when new games come out.

Sometime before 1983 when a guy named Henry Emily and William Afton opened a restaurant called Fredbear's family diner. A pizza restaurant with two animatronics called Fredbear and Springbonnie, William Afton hides in the springbonnie suit the whole time and Henry hid in the Fredbear suit. The business was making a lot of money so they opened another franchise called Freddy Fazbear's pizza where he creates 4 new animatronics called Freddy the bear, Bonnie the bunny, Chica the chicken, and Foxy the pirate fox. The night guard who is in the night shift gets phone calls every shift from the phone guy. The phone guy was a man who was also at the shift and one day the phone guy was about to get jumped by Chica and Freddy but golden Freddy took his soul before they jumped him. William Afton was a psychopath so Henry had to create an animatronic called the puppet that would protect his daughter, Charlie from danger. One day at Freddy Fazbear's pizza Charlie gets locked out of the Pizzeria by bullies as the puppet can't save her cause it's in a box with music. As William spots Charlie in the parkway he kills her and drags her to the alley. The puppet gets out of the box and goes outside to see her dead, Charlie's spirit possesses the puppet and Henry lost his only kid. William has a wife and 3 kids the wife being Ms. Afton, the younger brother being Evan, the older brother being Mike, and the daughter being Elizabeth. Evan is terrified of Animatronics and Mike sees this as a good prank opportunity. On Evan's birthday party at Fredbear's family diner Mike and his friends get him scared and get him close to the animatronics. His friend states that he wants to give Fredbear a big kiss, and the springlocks on the Fredbear suit fail on his mouth causing Fredbear to bite down in Evan's head causing him to die making this the bite of '83.
William's kid's death made him even more chaotic gathering 5 kids and luring them to a private room dressed up as springbonnie, he kills all 5 kids and stuffs the kid's bodies inside animatronic suits. The puppet witnessed everything and wants to help the dead souls of the children. William only had 4 suits and didn't know where to put the fifth one but had the idea to put the kid in the secret golden Freddy suit.
William got fired from his own company and the restaurant shut down. In 1987, William made another franchise and threw out the old animatronics with bonnie losing his face, Freddy looking deformed, foxy, looking deformed, and Chica having 5 rows of teeth. The new animatronics are the toy animatronics being toy Freddy, toy bonnie, toy Chica, and Mangle (toy foxy). At night the withered animatronics were still possessed and awoken as the toys did the same. All the kids would get really close to Mangle which could've been dangerous. One day at night Jeremy Fitzgerald was on the lookout and got close to Mangle and Mangle bit down in his forehead taking out the frontal lobe of his brain. The franchise shut down for good. Evan Afton was in a deep pitch black empty place with a Fredbear plushie. He had nightmares about the nightmare animatronics in his room he had to check every place so he won't get tortured in his unescapable nightmares. He had to check for the little Freddles in his bed so nightmare Freddy wouldn't torture him, the hallways had nightmare Chica and nightmare Bonnie, the closet had nightmare cupcake, nightmare mangle, and nightmare foxy, Nightmarionne was the nightmare puppet (Charlie Emily) who wasn't there to protect Evan from nightmares. Evan was stuck until he saw Nightmare Fredbear, the one who bit into his head and he met nightmare, a translucent hallucination who tortured him the worst. Evan was stuck in unescapable nightmares until he survived 8 nightmares then he would be free. William decided to make another franchise called Afton robotics, specifically designed to murder children. But as he stuffed the kids in the suits he discovered a way to become immortal called remnant. Remnant is when a child's soul bonds to something, it's how children possessed the animatronics. William uses this information to make an animatronic called circus baby who lured kids with games and ice cream and crushed their bodies in the stomach. The daughter, Elizabeth Afton is at the private party of the animatronics and got too close to circus baby getting her body crushed to death. Circus baby's pizza was shut down due to the incident and a gas leak. William kept the animatronics known as Funtime Freddy, Funtime Foxy, Circus baby, and Ballora. William sent his only son Mike to get Elizabeth's soul out of Circus baby. He was the night guard during a night shift watching the animatronics and did well the first first 4 nights but around the fourth night all 4 animatronics scoop out parts of their bodies in a place called the scooping room. Their parts together make a new animatronic called Ennard. On the last night of the shift Mike finds himself in the scooping room with circus baby and gets his organs scooped out and dies as Ennard is watching. The remnant keeps his soul alive as Ennard enters the room to escape the complex.
Ennard puts on Mike's skin as he's a walking corpse saying hello to his neighborhood, a few days pass and Mike's corpse rots and becomes purple like his father and Ennard escapes his body into the sewers. Mike's body is reanimated and back to life and on his way to find his father. As he's doing that William goes back to the abandoned, shut down pizzeria and dismantles the old animatronics letting the souls free as the souls try to confront William. William find the springbonnie suit he used to kill children with, he tries to scare the souls away so he enters the suit laughing thinking he's safe. Soon the springlocks were too loose and crushed his body with blood squirting everywhere. His corpse stayed there for a while until some people made this a horror attraction. They thought the bloody suit was a good addition to the attraction.
Mike found the horror attraction as he wanted revenge for the kids and sister William killed he burned down the attraction damaging the springlock suit, now William Afton is Springtrap. Circus baby was part of Ennard and pieced herself back together becoming scrap baby and Ennard put on a damaged Freddy mask and became molten Freddy. Henry decided to open a new franchise which is an improved version of Freddy's pizzeria with the roaming animatronics (scrap baby and molten Freddy) and Mike Afton. Henry creates an animatronic with the puppet inside called Lefty. Mike and Henry collect every single animatronic into one facility burning down the whole place freeing their souls. He felt that Mike wanted to die here and Henry commits arson on all of the animatronics and killing Mike and William Afton as he was scrap pieces known as scraptrap. Soon all animatronics were left in a torture place where the vengeful spirit (Cassidy) (the spirit inside golden Freddy) had tortured William for his crimes and punished him for what he has done and left him to suffer forever. Before William died he uploaded himself with binary code onto a digital version of the franchise. He abused this power with killing other kids known as glitchtrap, William meets a host called Vanessa and had her create a suit with fur called Vanny as William took control of Vanny. A new franchise is made featuring glamrock animatronics known as Glamrock Freddy, Glamrock Chica, Montgomery Gator, and Roxanne Wolf. Monty jumped Glamrock bonnie and killed him. Glamrock Freddy malfunctions on stage as he was being controlled by William and appears back in his room meeting a kid named Gregorv who crawled in his stomach hatch. Fredd and Gregorv work together to destrov the other animatronics for trying to kill Gregory, snapping Monty in half, crashing Roxy, and crushing Chica in a garbage compactor. They steal parts of animatronics to make Freddy stronger. They explore underneath the complex to find a replica restaurant meeting the blob. The blob has the souls of many other animatronics. They explored and saw William Afton back in the suit called burntrap. Freddy and Gregory burn down the complex as William Afton was about to catch them, the blob (the souls of animatronics he took over) grabbed him by his neck and took him to the complex left to burn down. The pizzeria was shut down and Gregory, Vanessa, and Glamrock Freddy lay on a hillside watching the sun.

Fredbear's Family Diner William Afton and Henry opened in 1967 the family friendly Fredbear's Family Diner, featuring a brown furry suit of a bear as a mascot. Henry would usually wear the suit, as they didn't have enough money to hire someone to do the job for a long time and they were studying at the time. William studied engineering and Henry business adminstration and communication. William met an unnamed woman, with whom he married and three years later had a boy challed Michael. They met in the court; William was being charged for murdering a child that allegedly was crying outside the Diner for being scared of Fredbear, the bear, and she was working selling hot-dogs in from of the building. (Btw, he was released because they didn't have evidences pointing it). It took them four years to actually achieve any success with the Diner, as they learnt from little Michael that Fredbear was boring. William them designed a new mascot: a yellow furry suit of a rabbit called Bonnie. The chemistry between both characters worked like black magic and the success rained on them like rain in a rainy day. The amount of money they got was so much, William used it to test his engineering skills, designing the first two Spring Lock suits: which were obviously Bonnie and Fredbear. The success increased. Freddy Fazbear's Pizza The Diner's success was so big, a company decided buy it and open a franchise around it. Hanry and William sold it, seeing a whole lot of profit coming from it, but there was a catch: the company used sneaky legal actions that allowed them to have the diner 100% under their possession, erasing Henry's and Michael's name from it. The company then opened Fazbear's Entertainment to take care of everything. William was so pissed because of this he cut any relationship with anyone involved with the franchise. Henry, on the other hand, didn't know any other thing to do, so he asked for a job; he became Phone Guy. FFP opened in 1973, and featured four furry suits of animals: Freddy Fazbear, a recolour of Bonnie, Chica and Foxy The Pirate. This made William even more pissed when he learnt they made four animatronics without him. He started planning his revenge. Btw, the Diner was still opened - as a sister location for FFP. The Origin of Purple Guy In 1976 William had twins: a little blonde girl and a little brunette boy. He started to teach Michael to take care of them, because "Daddy won't be around forever". During his free time, William started designing and projecting new robots (he hated the name "animatronics") and plans for his own company: Afton Robotics. But he had another plan under his sleeve: ruin FFP from the inside. He disguised himself as Dave Miller and started working applied for day time security guard at FFP. As he was always wearing purple - the uniform's colour - and usually hid in the shadows to stay out of sight of anyone who might recognize him, he was nicknamed by every child as "The Purple Guy". During this time, in 1980, he did his evil plan: using the Spring Bonnie suit he built years earlier, he lured five children to a back room, murdered them and hid inside the body of the animatronics. In case you're wondering what he did with the fifth one, he obviously hid it inside a spare Freddy suit he then painted yellow, duh. Fortunately for Billy, they actually caught Henry instead of him, as one of the cameras caught him walking around in one of the suits. He got out sometime later, as they managed to prove he had some mental disabilities and had a fixation with wearing the suits around, and had no violent behaviour. But Dave? Well, he was fired when FFP closed. Circus Baby With the help of the money he got from selling the children's organs in the black market, William opened Afton Robotics and had everything ready to open his own kid-friendly restaurant: Circus Baby's Pizza World. The problem is that he got a new hobby, and this where his hill went down. He liked so much the idea of killing children and the profit he could get from selling their organs - healthy children organs are way more valuable than adults' -, he made special alterations in his robots, turning them into kid-kidnapping and killing machines. The problem is that, in 1982, he accidently let his daughter get close to Baby when he wasn't looking; and Baby killed her. He knew he was the one to blame, but he actually blamed Michael for this, saying that he, as the older brother, should've protected her. This incident lead to the pizzeria's cancellation and William's divorce. His wife took Michael and the other boy with her, leaving him alone. His new hobby and this incident in his life lead him to become a human monster. The Children Going a little away from the entire "Afton story arch", let's talk about the children he murdered. The first one came to possess a Puppet from FFP. The other five, with the help of the first one, possessed the suits they were stuffed inside. They then started killing any adult they could at night, when there was no children around, because they thought every adult was the "Purple Guy" they heard of when they were still alive. The Bite of '83 William's ex-wife took the children and they started living close the Diner, that was still running great. For the good old times, before the problems, she would take them there. William, on the other didn't like it in the slightest, and bought a warehouse close to their house, where he built an underground room he used to monitor cameras installed in the house, the Diner and in the street. He also started to prepare the warehouse to building Circus Baby Entertainment & Rental. He also returned to his Dave Miller persona, working at the Diner, taking a closer looka at his sons. The Crying Child After the Baby Incident, Michael became a rebel teenager who, rebelling against his father's will, bullied his younger brother. For the brother's unluckiness, he was also traumatized for actually having witnessed Baby killing his sister in the year before. For his luckiness, though, he had a reliable friend: Psychic Friend Fredbear. Unbeknown for him, the plush was actually a camera his father used to check on him. More unbeknown for him, when the plush talked with him, it was actually the spirit of his sister, who was haunting William's warehouse, and with supernatural abilities managed to speak through the camera system. The Bite per se You all know how it happened. Birthday party, bad joke, head inside the bear's mouth and chomp, child's head's crushed. He went to the hospital, but died. His sister tried to help him, but in the end he became a ghost purple bear, crying in the corners of anywhere the suit that killed him was at. William's Revenge After the Bite, Michael's mother committed suicide and he was taken under William's keeping. But Billy wasn't happy with his son, who caused the death of another one of his children. William projected the new building to have a place for torturing children - specially made for Michael, actually. The room was designed to mimic Michael's room from the other house, so when he would fall asleep, William would take him to the "nightmare" room (Michael would be drugged) and unleash nightmarry robotic versions of the Fazbear animatronics to haunt him at night, giving him some reminders of what he did to his brother. This marked Michael for life, and turned him a better person, actually. 1987 OMG, this is long, isn't it? Well, in 1987 another FFP opened, with new animatronics. William became Dave again and killed more five children. The place temporarily shut down, reopened in November, but didn't last after Mangle bit someone. Henry was once again without a job. The problem is that, in this attempt, they recognized Dave as William, so he had to hid himself for his own safety. Fixing past mistakes During the time hiding, William started pondering about his decisions in life, and how it screwed everything for him. He caused the death of his family, lasting only him and his older son. That was it! The solution! If he, William, ruined everything, Micheal could be the one to fix everything! He then sent a letter to Michael, explaining everything he should do. William was aware of the spirits and possessions, and knew his daughter was haunting CBE&R, so he sent Michael there first. Then Sister Location happened and all that jazz. Or should I say, casual bongos? Kill me. So, Baby first thought Michael was William, but then she recongnized his brother and saw an opportunity for her and the other sentient robots from the Rental to leave - using him as a "human disguise". To prevent his brother died from this, she did some black magic researchs and found a way to prevent him from dying. Then Ennard came to be, Michael was fooled into the Scooping Room and became a suit. Ennard tried to live a life as a regular human being pretending to be Michael, but unfortunately the black magic didn't prevent flesh from rotting, so the disguise was ruined and Ennard left Michael' body, now living in the sewers, waiting for It to start shooting, hoping to get a role in it. But, even though Michael became an undying walking corpse, his job wasn't done, he had one last thing to do: free the souls of his father's victims. So, he went to work at FFP, that reopened in the 90's, to check if the possession thing was really going on there. Oh, Henry died there before Michael begin to work. Michael got a fake name - Mike Schmidt (he wasn't as good with names as his father was) -, and worked there. He was unfortunately fired for being a smelly corpse and "supposedly tampering the animatronics". So he waited for when the pizzeria closed for good. With the help of Shadow Freddy, who was actually the spirit of his younger brother, he dismantled the animatronics, freeing the children's souls from their physical restraints.
