It's been a month since XDefiant launched, wild how fast that's gone by already... Felt like that past year we were in anticipation of the game's launch that it just dragged on but so far, the first month I feel like has flown by. In a just under 2 weeks' time we'll be entering season 1 and taking a look at new content but in the mean time I wanted to take a look at XDefiant as a whole after 1 month, laying out what I think is the good, bad and everything in between in a first month review. I'm 55 with old man thumbs and reflexes of a sloth I'm having a blast playing xdefiant and even though getting 20kills and 20 deaths is for me popping off i still look forward to getting on and playing after work

Dedsec's Hijack is very situational but so satisfying to pull off when you use it on an enemy shield, mine, or spider bot

Ded sec is super helpful when up againtst a team of phantoms in control for example ., emp grenades on restock and hi jack can really upset them holding choke points .
You save the ultra for the later objectives when there are 2 or 3 phantoms using there ultra .

Very underated as a disruption factionthats what they are literally there to do disrupt always good to have at least one player running ded sec.

I’ve been loving it. F2P is huge cuz I enjoy playing on console and pc so having cross progression has been awesome

for me personally I need a higher sens threshold, even with maxed out 100-100 and 2.00 acceleration multiplier I still feel like I can’t match the higher sensitivity’s from cod (I use KF precision rings btw)

A solid 7/10 now but is only the start of the journey.

8.5/10 just need more to grind for and can't wait for ranked. Currently lvl 55 and done with battle pass. One complaint is throwing me in losing matches and some more tweaks to hit reg would be nice.

I’m really enjoying the game but I have to say I have to sweat like hell each match to maintain a positive K/D. Way more than I have to in COD. I hope I get better at the game but it gets a bit tedious to play.

Get rid of the rotating store and just have a whole list, so people can choose what they want.
