When my sister, mom or dad take my phone I literally start sweating and start to panic remembering everything I have on there and all my texts and convos on discord dms I always say “Why?”, “What do you need?”, “Just use your phone.”, “I’m busy!!” anything to keep her away 😭😭

This is so accurate. My parents will want either my phone or laptop to “look things up”. I always quickly delete all the history but it takes so long…
They always tell me, “You know deleting history doesn’t work? I can just ask the phone company to see all your history and deleted messages right?” They also tell me they can see it through the wifi- x-x
