The Cryo Cuff compression wraps are designed specifically for the Cryo Cuff I/C Motorized Cooler (can also connect to the Cryo Cuff Gravity Therapy Unit). The Aircast Cryo Cuff IC Cooler + Compression Wraps combination helps to minimize hemarthrosis, swelling and reduces pain to target areas. Anatomically designed for a snug fit.

General rule of thumb is if you are 42 inches or bigger chest, use the XL strap version.

I cannot see what you are doing with all the Velcro. I will have to look for another video

This is a nice video. But, You see a different video from MyCold Therapy They show you different sizes for different sizes of people. From teens to large adults. Child to petit people is PART # 12B01. For people with 42" chest or less you get the regular size PART #12A01. For people with over 42" chest will get PART #12AXL01. Look at the video.
