I have a feeling that the PVP modes are also cannon. This is because the bombs may have been taken to countries to deploy and take out the civilians by the POD. Only to be stopped by CTUs such as Delta Force, JTF2 and etc.
The POD might have more than one headquarters.

The island had anomalous properties. Like swallowing you into the void, zombies, transporting you into another realm, etc. Operators were soon recovered, but what they saw will be a mystery.

Eh, kinda loved it when they used to have zombies back then. Kinda shows a reason why the entire UN is involved, not some kind of Proxy war between to factions that look like they're from a PMC.

Looking into it now, the lore has changed significantly with the introduction of Operation Resurgence. It appears that the PoD and RLF have gotten a lot stronger but too be honest, there are so many gaps and anachronisms that it could be considered a reboot or remaster. Although there are things that tie the two operations together, I like to consider it a reboot for simplicity’s and my brain cell’s sake.

i remember parking my A 10 in the zombie spawn it really helped out alot of the boys sparing then from waiting for night one time the zombies made a really tall tower and downed 2 support fire helis that were flying

As soon as I heard an explanation as to what the airbase is, I was 100% there was lore. Glad to actually see a video on this, since I've tried to figure it out myself and ended up not remembering much

I remember when brm5 had 3 roads, base so simple, always someone at checkpoint, and when players saw chinlook or th that heli name is, they were just fighting for the seat in it

The difference between gameplay and lore is so different because lore has a really intense story while BRM5 gameplay is just go to mountain for a lot of cash and desert for exp grind.
