I don't want my comment to sound emotional but if it wasn't for people like you and their awesome tutorial, I would've never been able to learn sewing as I can't afford going to design school. Thank you so much. You can't imagine how helpful your tutorials are!

I've been avoiding using paper patterns for 50+ years because they looked confusing & intimidating.
You disproved that theory in this very informative & easy-to-understand tutorial.
I just bought a McCalls scissor keeper/notions paper pattern.
This 70+ year old intermediate beginner sewer is pretty psyched about it.
Thank you !!!

This guy uses industrial 1-2-3 blocks for pattern weights. He is every man’s man! Great video. 👏👏👏

I have no one in my life who sews, and your videos have been invaluable in helping me learn. A lot of the other patterns for beginners videos don't go into seam allowances or cover the specifics of pattern markings. Your filming style makes following the content very intuitive, thanks for the info!

I hemmed some jeans this weekend and used my wife's sewing machine and it was really fun. I wanted to create something more complicated and to scratch the creative part of my brain, but the process seemed daunting. Your videos have given the me the confidence to tackle a project and I'll be making your zippered pouch first. As someone who also makes YouTube videos, I appreciate the amount of time, effort, editing these can take. Thank you so much for making them and keep up the stellar work!

As someone who went to fashion school and now using these patterns THANK YOU for making this video. I’ve been looking at this packet and feeling like they’re making it seem we’re building a jet😂😂😂.
