This is a perfect example of why we need the climate provisions that Biden has proposed. We can keep spending billions on inadequate recoveries, or use it to prepare us for the new normal. If we do nothing, it will get worse. This isn't a partisan issue. It is an issue for every single person that lives in this country. How many more stories of destruction and follow-ups of people still not made whole years later will it take to get the people to put the pressure on our government to DO SOMETHING?
