if you cant hear the brilliance in most of Forges compositions you are really fucking deaf. no wonder they are doing big stadion shows... much respect, him coming from simple roots playing in swedish DM bands and so on... hail from austria!

I've seen that band evolve since opus. Anybody that's been around that long knows it was a crazy ride. Now they have reached the point where it's just over-saturated, but that happens with every legendary band. I think Tobias is going to end up like David Bowie and pretty much be respected throughout his whole career.

I think he is a pretty interesting person and he’s very different from what I have seen.
He sort of feels more real than anyone who I have listened to. Usually when I hear a lot of rock stuff, I sort of feel disconnected, but I can relate a lot to him especially with the whole ‘religion getting shoved in your face’ type thing.

1:50 to my knowledge he’s not a Satanist, but he doesn’t like the church(I forgot what source said this but that’s where I read it from). And the music video HE IS is basically making fun of the church to my knowledge if anyone can correct me on that.


But yeah, based on what I’ve heard I think he’s more or less an atheist if not agnostic atheist (unless if anyone can correct me on that as well)

I felt so bad when his brother died. Darkness at the Heart of my Love it was hard for him to talk about it a bit because he just lost his brother.
