I have been buying this stuff for a while from Amazon and use it before anything else on my face (under my moisturizer and primer). Plus I use it to wet my eyeshadows for a better pop of color. I use it on my 4 year old daughter as a moisturizer too. It helps reduce redness too. It's a great product! I never used it over my makeup though, so I may use that tip in the future!
