I get heat rash everyday, but it ALWAYS starts on the top of my feet, then slowly creeps its way and makes my whole body itch. I've tried anti-histamines, hydrocortisone cream, aloe vera etc. The only thing that works is cold showers and cold gel packs, it sucks, its like my body struggles to sweat at all

Why do I get a rash on my chest every time it’s exposed to the sun, I’m not even sweating and I don’t always feel hot. I must be allergic to the sun 😢

I work in a factory, it gets hot in there and is a good bit of walking up and down, i have lose underwear and Nike joggers, and i get this rash between my butt cheeks, is super annoying and uncomfortable., how could i fix that?
