Waste of time, Senators voice complaints and CenterPoint apologizes. There are no details to identify & fix problems, how long does it take to identify line problems, how many poles broke, how many lines down from trees, how many transformers blew up, how long to replace a pole, what was the strategy for spreading workforce, where were access problems, where/who are priority customers, was there an Operational Command Center to allocate resources. Don't expect a CEO to know details, not his area of expertise but he should have brought someone that did know.

The true issue in the matter of Centerpoint failures is an intergration of several commissions to run various different industries. If, Texas isn’t show ponying their intervention of segregating railroad and energy into a two separate accountable industry’s could rectify this and other disastrous problem.

I keep hearing the word "accountability" yet nothing has happened to those responsible. How many people have been fired? How many people are being prosecuted for public endangerment?
