Zero preparation. They have failed at every step. Their failure has been criminal. Let the class action lawsuits fly.

This is so dangerous. A lot of old and/or disabled people suffering in extreme heat with no power in 100 degree temperatures. Inhuman.

CenterPoint is a 20 billion dollar company with a 3rd world infrastructure, in the one of the large cities in the country! Unbelievable!

What’s the point of fully prepared for an exam when you get F.
That means you were not prepared

He is a liar and fraud. We go through this all the time in Florida, smoothly. They knew because of population density that this area would be affected, severely...

They were not prepared! There were so many people including myself complaining that we did not see any trucks out working for a couple of days! I do not blame the workers of CenterPoint! I blame the CEO, VPs, and Project Managers at CenterPoint! They make the plans for weather disasters! I think I speak for everyone when we say Thank You to the workers on poles trying to get people's electricity up and running!

You were prepared, why we have almost 2 million customers without power for days lol😊

This was just a CAT 1, what would have happened with anything greater? 2 weeks for a CAT 2? A month for a CAT 3? Pathetic

You got 1.3 million people with no power yet you’re patting yourself on the back that you’re doing a great job!!

Its like this is the first Hurricane ever in the Houston area? What is the standard for negligent manslaughter - seems like they would be getting pretty close as a corporation when all the dust settles and old people left in 85 F houses with 80% humidity die. Beryl cleared out like 2PM Monday and there are no impediments to fixing things for 48 hrs. I don't believe they prepared properly.

It's been 1.3 million without power since last night. That's almost 24 hours. How has that number not changed. They are doing nothing.
