I think Doug DeMuro says it best when talking about Lexus. They'll never be the top rated or even the most luxurious. This is a luxury car you buy to OWN because it will last you a long time. BMW, Audi, Mercedes are all great, but you need those new car warranties to get you through potential (and generally expected) headaches that can put your car in the shop. I know people that refuse to buy anything other than Lexus or Toyota, and that's because the brand reliabilities speak for themselves. There's a reason you will see at least 2x the amount of Lexus on the road versus other luxury brands.

The interior looks a bit dated for a 2025 car. My 2019 Mazda 3 has a better looking gauge cluster with a larger center digital display and has a better looking infotainment screen.
