Fun fact: you can get the high elf treatment as ANY race if you use the harmony spell before being detected. When you interact with them while they’re under the effects of that spell they think of you as just another thalmor.

If you don't use Hooded Robes, you will get attacked, even if you are a High Elf.

You dont need to kill the first two guard who are talking, if you keep walking down the hall, theres a room with thalmor robes

One of the few times your player race matters in this game. I wish the rest of the game was like this. Imagine needing to sneak into cities or use disguises when playing a Khajiit.
