Nice to see a review where they point out some negatives. I see too many reviews where the Youtuber says how great things are when clearly the item is not that good. I've seen other reviews on this and the D8 and they seem to be solid scanners. Thanks again for the nice review.

I need a cheap scan tool that will run a diagnostic and tell me what’s the problem, I am not at guessing from three choices and chose the right one . A friend of mine got the Snap - on diagnostic that cost him $7000, but it will tell you exactly what needs to be replaced no bs, my budget it’s $500

I fell in love with the Autel MP808TS because of your multiple functions reviews, and I'm presently watching two units for a reasonable price drop on eBay and Aliexpress. This new scan tool is less expensive, I have seen the other video of you programming Honda smart keys with it (Thank You!) but how would you rate this tool on a toe to toe comparison with the MP808TS? Also, if a weekend mechanic can, by some chance, afford either the XTool D7 or the Autel MP808TS, which would you suggest he buys?

Nice review! I m looking for a good scanner for a DIY and a small shop in the future. What you reckon is better Autel Mp808 or Xtool. Can this tool reset air bags, I replaced my 2010 Honda steering angle switch, but the airbag still on, I had a friend bring in his snap-on diagnostic tool to reset it.

Mine stopped working, always say failed to communicate. Apparently it needs system flush and have to do it online via the manufacturer technicians and you have to pay $900 first, I think this tool is a scam, because it started to act up after software updates
