I really hope that the Lakers pursue Carmelo in the offseason. I never understood why they didn't sign him in the first place... I think his contract was too big but now it has expired and he's a free agent... At this point in his career he'll probably play for the veteran minimum for the chance of winning a ring... He can still get you 15-20 points a night..
