Thank you so much for this quality content! I want to point out: when I first saw the all caps title of this video, I thought it was some “omg you won’t believe this!!!” clickbait that is so prevalent nowadays and scrolled past several times. I only clicked it now after realizing it was produced by One Esports. This video should have more views 👍

SK really does do a lot for the fan experience and exposure, they acutely know what the fans like and thus drive the market..I do hope this could be learned by the other leagues and study their fan bases and cultivate the fan experience in their own flavor.

Edit: The 20th Anniversary documentary released by T1 explained a lot about their own move about the fan experience- they wanted to be self-sustainable. I believe the COO said starting 2019, T1 as an organization has its own profits (as of the documentary, they have 20 brand partnerships)…and can operate independently (which is so forward thinking especially about the budget cutdowns this year by Riot) that is why, compared to the other leagues who are now affected by the Riot budget cutdowns (the off season battle happening now with other leagues whose teams are off Worlds has been trending in the community)…T1 will not be affected by this, nor the LCK in general. There was even an article done with a Gen G affiliate that said T1’s Base Camp (PC room, cafe, events and merch center) is so successful that they are targeting to duplicate it.

People feel weird for the Kpopization this org go. But, this concept is for the fans who can afford it. I live far away from Korea. I can't even buy their uniform because of the expensive tax. What's wrong for the org to sell something to make money for themself. ZOFGK is a brand. The individual player can sell their own merch and make profit. Not all team can do this. Do you know, sometimes fans comment at Faker live broadcast to stock some goods. T1esports is 20years old org, this is the best the org can do to feel closer to their fans.

I am a Singaporean fan for 20 years of t1. I learned about Starcraft Korea e-sports because I like Lim Yo-hwan When it was difficult for people around the world to use the Internet, I was surprised that Korea used the national high-speed network Internet from the late 1990s, PC rooms were created, and e-sports was the first country in the world

I think stuff like this is really important for the future of e-sports. We are still in the baby phases of e-sports, the longer these organizations go, the more fans they'll have, and the more successful e-sports will be.

6:25T1 added the win, making it 5 stars. I should add from the four stars tattooed on my ankles. But I don't see any extra space.

LCK are kind of like the Premiere League in football, with fans all over the world, not just in Korea. Quality, creativity, hard-working teams and interesting personal stories make them the best to watch.
