Yeah, Angron didn’t even have a chance. He was doomed from the beginning.

Poor guy, wakes up only to be attacked eldar warriors. Barely Fights them off as an infant. Gets enslaved.

Gets a father figure. Forced to get parts of his Brain removed and the Gets the nails jammed into his head. Accidentally kills his father figure in a blind rage.

Managed to inspire the fellow slaves to revolt. Lead a revolution. Failed as his enemies were too powerful compared to his army. At least he gets to die free, alongside his brothers and Sisters. Nope. Teleported way by Big E.

Watched as his friends are slaughtered. Tries to kill the emperor. Meets his legion. Feels no bond with them due to the nails cutting his primarch aura.

His legion just wanting to be closer to their father gets their own version of the nails.

Gets sent as beserkers by the emperor. Only to be scolded for being “too violent”. Despite that being their orders.

Angron is slowly dying due to the nails.


Angron rebels. And builds a bond with lorgar. He saves lorgar’s life and lorgar saves his. He builds a strange bond with lorgar. Lorgar being one of, if not the only person to ever listen to agron. Angron was able vent is pain, his suffering to lorgar. He was explain his hatered and anger. Able to let it all out. Then,

He returns home, only to find that the planet called him a coward and he finds the bones of his fallen family. Decides to take the bones and adorn his armour with them. So they could feel the thrill of battle once more and die alongside him.

His legion are getting more degraded as the days pass. And no one could do anything about it. Even Angron didn’t care about it anymore.

During more of the heresy, He decides to battle against ultramar. During the battle. The nails finally rip apart the last of his Brain. He begins hallucinating. He sees himself back on nuceria. Back on that fateful day. But it’s different. There is no emperor to teleport him away. He Finally is getting to die. Everything is perfect. He sees his gladiator family. They are fighting alongside him once more. Everything is great. The nails don’t hurt. This was it. The death he always wanted.




And then. Nope, lorgar turns Angron into a demon primarch. And Angron was then beaten into submission and used as a living weapon by his “brothers”. While his legion are now no longer warriors but savagaes.

Angron and Jagatai's legions are the most interesting case of the Heresey Because of their general aloofness. As the World Eaters Traitor Legion had the most loyalist Marines. Where as The White Scars had the most traitors of the Loyalist Legions.
