Owning property at a young age is simply about how much daddy is going to help you out.

Lower your standards. Save 10% and you’ll do it in no time. I’m not a boomer. I was born in 1991 and I brought my first house at 25 🤷🏼‍♂️

Buying a house in the north it might be reasonable to expect a house in your late 20s. House prices have gone up but there are still starter houses under £200k in cities like Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds and Sheffield.

Its next to impossible in the south though

House prices in London rise every year by more than the national average wage.

Why don't they all know this?

Why is our 6 guy owned media not getting the message to the public just how much ordinary people are being ripped off?

hi, just saying, were about to move into our first home, a tiny shit house at the age of 30, yes we lived with our parents the whole time, yes we are married before moving in because it made financial more sense, we had no wedding, no hobbies, no travel other than visiting family, we saved everything we could for 8 years, 28 IS a realistic goal and NEVER is frankly the most accurate

Owned one already and the tax was so high I had to sell. Who really owns a building when you have to pay rent to the government or they evict you? The government.

I mean. Houses aren’t that expensive in the UK. They’re all trash and need massive renos but you can get something decently sized for under about a 100 grand. Yes it is in the middle of nowhere and not London city, but that is the point. You start small and work your way up.

We should teach students who are almost leaving education how the world is 🤣 you need like a £20k deposit and will only be accepted if you have good credit, most of these will have no credit history at all
