As globalization is accelerating and the competition among international corporations is getting intense, the bar for globalization is becoming higher. Both globalization and glocalization are expected, as well as both centralization and decentralization. In other words, only a well-rounded, multi-faceted corporation will survive in this era. Such multinational corporations can represent both the global strategy and multinational strategy. They are interdependent and they are spread all over the world with their specialized asset and talents. Each branch contributes to the mother company in its own way, and must be able to develop its intellect and share with the world. In this session, we will explore what kinds of tasks are left to the entrepreneurial business in this era of creative economy and also what global businesses can do to enhance their competitiveness.

글로벌화가 가속화되고 다국적 기업들의 국경 없는 경쟁이 치열해지면서 성공적인 글로벌화를 위한 요건이 까다로워지고 있다. 세계화를 하면서도 현지화를, 중앙 집권화를 하면서도 분권화를 추구할 수 있는, 다시 말해 모두 다 잘할 수 있는 기업이 승자가 되는 시대가 도래한 것이다. 이러한 초국적 기업은 글로벌 전략과 다국가 전략의 장점을 살리는 기업이다. 이런 기업들은 상호의존적이고 전문화된 자산과 역량을 전 세계적으로 배치하고, 각각의 자회사가 전사적 운영에 있어 차별적인 기여를 하며, 지식을 개발하고 전 세계적으로 공유할 수 있어야 한다. 본 세션에서는 창조경제 시대의 기업 경영과제가 무엇인지, 무엇을 기업의 경쟁력으로 삼아야 할지 살펴볼 것이다.
