I had a patient who was 107 years old and he had an amazing memory and he didn't eat sugared products at all. When I told him that we needed to make an appointment for the doctor for a checkup and went to look up doctor's phone number, he recited the number from memory. He also had outlived two wifes who he said died from Alzheimers. It's true - sugar is the new cocaine...

I stopped buying and drinking Diet Coke at start of pandemic, cut coffee to one cup (6oz) on the weekends only, began drinking hot lemon water with Apple cider vinegar first thing in morning. We go power walking every morning and I go to an aerobics gym class twice a week. We are 65 and didn’t get vaccinated, not against, but wanted to wait and see how well they worked. As more info came out, we really didn’t want it. We made a nasal spray with 6oz distilled water and 2 tsp betadine and spray our nose once home from being out in public. Neither of us has been sick at all since all this craziness began.
Have really been listening to you and taking your good health care to heart. Thank you

This is why I don’t drink soda and don’t eat sugar and average 7 hours sleep per night. I also walk 3-4 miles 5-6 days a week. I am not vaccinated and so far, never gotten Covid.

I know this will sound funny but I challenged myself to quit soda when I was 9 years old.
I haven't had a single sip of soda since 2009 or 2010.

The real problem is that people believe corporate media and government agencies like they are gospel. They will actually believe the media over what is happening right in front of their own eyes.

It’s not until I tried to get sugar out of my diet that I realised how addictive it is - it took three months to totally be relaxed and comfortable with not eating any sugar (I was dreaming about cakes for weeks) Sleep - a warm 20 minute soak in my tub with Epsom Salts dissolved in the water and taking a hot water bottle to bed - sleeping like a baby.

I drank soda like water when I was in high school. By my senior year I was up to 300+ lbs. Cutting out all drinks with sugar was one of the best decisions I ever made.

I try to share this w/ family members(My son) and they think I am the bad person. Saying I stress them out, etc etc. All because I care about their health and I want them to be healthy.

Wonderful message. I'm 62, healthy, no meds, never fast food, no soda for many years, other than my morning coffee i drink Chaga yea and filtered water. Believe it or not, I'm a LMT since 93 and currently see 80-85 clients per month. What he says in the video is absolute truth!

Sugar and carbs are so addictive. I'm thin, but was full of inflamation and memory problems so I had to quit sugar and carbs. I cant do overeaters anonymous as they would laugh because I've never been overweight. Anyway, I've had to use the twelve step program as well as a lot of praying, reminding myself I'm doing this for my family as well. Anyway, people are addicted and in denial. I had to end up bed ridden from inflamation and unable to work and have my life a mess before waking up out of the addiction.
