I love how he imagined himself as a legitimate small business owner catering to a moderately troubled minority as opposed to world domination. He even seemed to take pride in his work and knew his customers well

See? That’s how you do proper cutaway humor. It isn’t just humor for the sake of it, it has a setup. We think Stewie is just gonna imagine himself as a tyrant or a giant that stomps, but to suddenly have the whiplash of him not only owning a small business, but one that helps people find their right size and seems fair and wholesome is freaking hilarious.
