I'd like to give a big shout out to Lyle. I recently changed the battery in my C7 and encountered an unexpected issue when the car failed to completely wake up after the new battery was installed, i.e., I had some power but door locks, displays did not work and it wouldn't crank to start the engine. Other owners on The Corvette Forum offered advice as well as guidance which I tried with no results. I reached out to Lyle via email and explained the issue to him. He responded promptly with his assessment and made a recommendation which I tried with success. I now have a happy C7 with a happier driver. Thank you, Lyle!

I have lots of add on aero products on my C7. It's all from ACS Composite and I've never had a quality or fitment issue. I highly recommend them.

Agree with all of this, Lyle. Every time i buy a part for the C6, I make sure it's reviewed by plenty of people beforehand or even look up videos of an install. While you can get away with smaller, "cheaper", cosmetic parts, the big parts you talked about, I would always opt with quality.

eBay parts has been good to me so far. Purchased a radiator support, stick on spoiler and a flat bottom all leather covered steering wheel.

Mode maybe another example of the shift in generational Corvette ownership- older owners may trend to stay mostly traditional while younger owners want to separate themselves if not by Corvette generation then by the looks of the car

I am on my 5th Vette a C7, all cars were kept very close to stock. The more you modify any car, the less it is worth!

Mods, cool. Lyle, I got all new LEDs installed now in my headlights. Thanks for your help. On front spoiler the ones I have gotten fit perfectly. Same with the rear spoiler. But I do believe that I have been lucky and very choosy in my selections as you mention.

Hi Lyle, as always excellent advice. I installed (my shop installed for me) some years ago on my ‘09 Base C6 a front splitter with faux carbon fiber look and a small rear spoiler both painted victory red. I don’t remember where I bought them but they were in Texas, none of the companies you mentioned but they both fit very nicely. The rear spoiler is on with 3M tape and is holding great. The spoiler adds a nice touch from hiding the C6 ‘duck butt’ 3rd brake light!! The front splitter adds some extra downforce and yes I notice it… also I watched to ensure the engine temp stayed normal!
Appreciate providing names of good outfits for decent stuff.
I also added years ago the stainless front grill in the ‘hole’.

EOS i bought a front lip 200+ and spoiler for my c6 both were excellent so far. Mine were gloss black.
