when i was about 11 or so, my piano teacher, married to a wealthy dentist, gave me her son's college PC which was one of these 2011's in the mid-to-late 90s. 286, i believe 1mb of ram, possibly 2 and a 20mb HD. i was always shocked how loud the monitor's speaker was and never realized it was made to be used with an upgrade card like this. i believe it included the ACU case - i remember it specifcially being double height but having a clear horizontal division between the upper unit with the floppy and the lower. i really wish i still had it at this point, my dad sold it in the classifieds before we moved out of state. :(

I had / have one. I search for it on YouTube when I want to relax a bit. Without History, we are nothing. This was my first PC, and I had it from 1991 to 1998. Only then I upgraded, directly to Celeron 300A (Pentium II class machine), with windows 98. Today I have contact with some Gentleman that worked with the first computers installed in Portugal, back in 1962. It is incredible the evolution things had in these 60 years.

Brings back some cool memories, had the 2121 386sx 16mhz, 2mb ram and 40mb hd. Had some good times with it.

I have this computer and am very excited to try this. So far I have fixed the BIOS battery and made a floppy drive adapter. I wish I could find a RAM expansion!

Wow this is so cool! I had a PS/1 286 my uncle gave me when I was a kid. I learnt a lot with that PC. Love seeing it! Thanks for the video.
