There is thingie under the rc most of the time where you can direct the steering or something try that maybe it will go straight

You should try a drift car. I found one online for about 30$ and it works very well

If it's steering a direction on it's own your trim is off you have to adjust on the bottom with that little dial towards the front turn it the opposite direction the car goes on it's own when you give it throttle
