I applied them all: extra attention to behavioral questions, wrote all answers from "tell me about yourself to do you have any question for us". PRACTICED posture, mannerism, volume and intonation of my voice with humans, mirrors, showers, driving, running. I followed your formula to match skills + experience + where did I learned that = what they asked/or need, Eye contact, smiling. My friend I"m 53 yrs young and GOT THE JOB!! Really proud of US!!!!

People need to research the companies that they are interviewing for much like they should research their target audiences before unleashing their brand on the world (something I like to talk about in my videos, LOL). If you're not properly prepared either way, you'll flop. So I totally agree with your tips, especially the one about RESEARCH. Nice.
