Midgard Heroic Battles. An Introduction

Rich is joined in the Nottingham's exclusive North Star Studio to discuss Midgard Heroic Battles. Here they introduce the viewer to the game, the number of figures required, the basing system and the general concepts behind the rules.

This is the first film made for Lard TV introducing the rules. More will follow showing how armies are structured, how character is added to units and how the game works in play.

I've been waiting for this rule set since I was very young, and right now I'm decently old. Happy to have placed an order as soon as the pre-order went up on the site. All of my 7th century Saxon, Welsh, Pictish, and Irish armies are smiling. At least, I think they are. They're tiny guys, so one has to look very closely.

It will be interesting to learn a lot more about the actual mechanics, as they get revealed. Seem like a cousin of SP2 with the leaders using a resource to inspire the troops or do specific actions. Let the revealing continue!
