I agree that this may be the most useless "How To" video ever made. Makes me think twice about buying any Danco product. Fortunately, there are several other videos on YouTube that actually help you use this tool properly.

What a joke. Incomplete instructions. The center screw has to be tightened down to the valve stem first. The only benifit to this vid is that it only takes 31 seconds to watch.

For the beginners out there you literally left out all the steps to set up the tool. This is a company tutorial ? These kind of videos on you tube is exactly how my clients create more damage then the original problem.

For a beginner they should be shown how to set the position of the screw, how to use the nut as designed, propper way to insert new cartridge including the correct lube etcetera.
