Yeah he have jaw implants the young Tom have in this video 21 years old and we can see clearly that the 21 years old Tom Cruise is when he made the movie risky business released in 1983 but in 1986 we saw how the jaw of Tom cruise change drastically in the movie top gun. I can assume that between 1983 and 1985 he gets jaw implants. I learn that the jaw stop growing in 20 years old and is very rare that after 20 years old the jaw keep growing. But in the case of Tom it very obvious that this change is not natural.
